Title: No Crust Quiche

Yield: 6 Servings
1 1/2 | c | Milk |
1/2 | c | Bisquick baking mix |
6 | tb | Butter or margarine, softene |
3 | | Eggs |
1 | c | Diced ham, turkey, chicken |
| | Bacon or broccoli |
| | (or whatever you like) |
2 | | Green onions, chopped |
4 | oz | Can sliced mushrooms |
1 | c | Shredded Cheddar cheese |
Combine the first five ingredients in a blender and mix well. Turn into
ungreased 10-inch pie plate. Add meat or vegetables, poking into batter.
Top with onions, mushrooms and cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until top is
golden brown, about 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
