New Year's. Shape pastry into 24 (1-inch) balls. Place in lightly greased
1-3/4-inch muffin pans, shaping each into a shell. Bake at 350 degrees for
5 minutes.Combine eggs, milk, butter, cheese, chives, tarragon, and nutmeg;
stir well, and pour into pastry shells. Sprinkle with red pepper, if
desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until set. Yield: 2 dozen.
