Title: Seafood Quiche Squares

2 | cn | 8-oz. crescent dinner rolls |
1 | c | Sharp natural cheddar cheese shredded |
1 | c | Natural Swiss cheese; shredded |
1 | pk | 6-oz. frozen cooked shrimp; thawed |
1 | cn | 6-oz. crabmeat; drained, flaked |
1 3/4 | c | Half and half |
6 | Eggs; beaten | |
1 | ts | Dry mustard |
1/2 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
1/8 | ts | Hot pepper sauce |
Parsley; chopped |
Heat oven to 400~. Separate dough into four long rectangles. Place rectangles crosswise in ungreased 15"x10" jellyroll pan; press over bottom and 1" up sides to form crust. Seal perforations. Bake for 5 mins. Remove from oven. Sprinkle partially baked crust with cheeses, shrimp, and crabmeat. In lg. bowl, combine half and half, eggs, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce; mix well. Pour over ingredients in pan; sprinkle with parsley. Return to oven and bake an additional 25 to 30 mins. or until knife insertedin center comes out clean and edges are golden brown. Cool 5 mins., cut into squares. Serve warm.
