Title: Quick Crab Quiche

2 | Eggs | |
1/2 | c | Mayonnaise |
1/2 | c | Milk |
2 | tb | Flour |
8 | oz | Can flaked crab meat, rinsed |
1 | c | Grated swiss cheese |
1/2 | c | Chopped green onions |
1 | 9 inch pie shell |
Whisk together eggs, mayonnaise, milk and flour. Stir in crab, cheese and onions. Pour into pie shell and bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand for a few minutes after removing from oven before slicing.
