Title: 2nd Place: Eastern Shore Crab Quiche

4 | Eggs | |
1 1/2 | c | Milk |
6 1/2 | oz | Crab meat( can be canned) |
8 | oz | Cheddar cheese; grated |
1/2 | c | Mushrooms;sliced |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
3/4 | c | Croutons |
Prepheat oven to 350^ and Oil a 9-inch quiche dish. Mix eggs, milk and pepper in a bowl. Add mushrooms, crabmeat and cheese. Place croutons in quiche dish, pour mixture on croutons. Croutons will form crust when baked. BAKE 40 minutes, (Recipe has no added salt)
