Title: No Crust Potato Quiche

5 | eggs -- beaten | |
1 c | cheddar cheese -- shredded | |
3 | /4 c | cottage cheese -- small |
: | curd | |
12 o | z package frozen hash brown | |
: | potatoes -- unthawed | |
1 | /4 t | s salt |
1 | /4 t | s black pepper -- freshly |
: | ground | |
1 d | s tobasco sauce | |
1 d | s paprika | |
6 T | B bacon -- crumbled |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine everything except bacon & paprika. Pour into greased 9" pie plate. Sprinkle with paprika Bake at 350-degree oven, 25 minutes or until set. Remove from oven, sprinkle with bacon, bake another 5 minutes.
