Title: No Crust Potato Quiche
Categories: Cheese Cheese Potato Quiche
Yield: 6 Servings

 5eggs -- beaten
 1 ccheddar cheese -- shredded
3/4 ccottage cheese -- small
: curd
 12 oz package frozen hash brown
: potatoes -- unthawed
1/4 ts salt
1/4 ts black pepper -- freshly
: ground
 1 ds tobasco sauce
 1 ds paprika
 6 TB bacon -- crumbled

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine everything except bacon & paprika. Pour into greased 9" pie plate. Sprinkle with paprika Bake at 350-degree oven, 25 minutes or until set. Remove from oven, sprinkle with bacon, bake another 5 minutes.
