Title: Spicy Raita

Yield: 4 Servings
1 | c | Grated carrots |
1/2 | c | Plain lowfat yogurt |
1/2 | c | Thinly sliced scallions |
1 | tb | Honey |
1 1/2 | ts | Olive oil |
1/2 | ts | Minced garlic |
1/2 | ts | Red pepper flakes |
Black pepper to taste |
Combine all ingredients in small bowl and stir together until smooth. Refrigerate the raita til ready to serve. This can be used as a salad dressing or dip as well as a condiment.
