Title: Dutch Relish

Yield: 4 Cups
4 | c | Zucchini, diced |
1 | c | Vinegar |
1/2 | c | Sugar |
1/4 | c | Prepared horseradish |
1 | ts | Salt |
Mix all ingredients in a stainless steel or enamelware saucepan and bring to a boil. Cool completely. Drain to serve. Makes about 4 cups.
