1 1/2tsBaking powder
1tsSalt
1 Egg, large
2tsGrated orange peel
1 1/4cRhubarb, fresh fine chopped
3/4cSugar
1/2tsBaking soda
3/4cChopped pecans
1/4cVegetable oil
3/4cOrange juice

Combine all dry ingredients. Beat egg and oil; add orange juice. Add to flour mix. Add rhubarb. Bake 350F 25-30 min.
