Yield: 2 Cups
3/4 | lb | Cherry Tomatoes; coarsely chopped |
1 | tb | Jalapeno Pepper; finely chopped |
1/2 | c | Onion; chopped |
2 | tb | Fresh Lime Juice |
4 | tb | Fresh Coriander |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Let salsa stand at room temperature at least 1/2 an hour before serving.
