Title: Fresh California Tomato-Pineapple Salsa

9 | c | Tomatoes -- dice |
3 | c | Pineapple -- finely dice |
2 | c | Sliced green onions |
3 | Whole jalape=F1o chilies -- | |
Seed and finely | ||
Chop | ||
1/2 | c | Chopped fresh cilantro |
1/2 | c | Fresh lemon juice |
6 | Cloves garlic -- finely | |
Chop |
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Combine gently until evenly mixed. Serve 1/2 cup salsa per serving with grilled or broiled fish or chicken.
