2 | | Cl Garlic, minced |
2 | tb | Parsley, minced |
1/2 | | Dried red chili pepper, seed |
| | 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pep |
2 | ts | Fruity olive oil |
12 | | Medium mushroom caps, brushe |
In a bowl mix together the ham, garlic, parsley, chili pepper, and olive
oil. Fill the mushroom caps with this mixture, arrange in a baking dish
[may be prepared ahead], and bake at 350ø F for 15 minutes. (Champi¤ones
