Title: Sweet Rice

Yield: 4 Servings
1 1/2 | c | Short grain rice |
1 1/2 | c | Coconut milk |
Place the rice in a bowl with 2 c water. Cover the bowl & soak the rice overnight.
Thirty minutes to 1 hour before serving, place the rice & whatever wateris left into a medium sized pot. Stir in the coconut milk, cover tightly & cook for 20 minutes over low heat. After 10 minutes, stir once. The finished grains will have a thick, sticky consistency. Top with fruit & serve.
