2 | ts | Brown sugar |
4 | ts | Tamari |
2 | tb | Vegetable oil |
2 | | Garlic cloves |
1 | ts | Minced ginger |
1 | c | Firm tofu, cubed |
1/4 | c | Water |
2 | c | Broccoli, chopped |
2 | | Scallions, chopped |
| | Jasmine rice |
Dissolve sugar in tamari & set aside. In a wok, heat oil over medium high
heat. Stir fry ginger & garlic for 1 minute. Add tofu & water & cook for
2 minutes. Add tamari mixture to the wok & cook for 1 minute. Add broccoli
& cook until tender-crisp. Mix in scallions & serve hot over rice.
