Title: Devilled Crab in Tomato.

2cCooked crab meat.
1/2cShallots, peeled, chopped.
1/2cLemon grass, sliced thin.
1/4cNam-prik Pao.
1/4cFish Sauce.
1/4cLime juice.
2tbSugar.
1/2cMint leaves, chopped fine.
1/4cScallions, sliced fine.
1/4cCoriander leaves, chopped.
1tbChilli peppers, chopped.
30 Italian tomatoes.

Wash the tomatoes and dry. Cut in half lengthwise, and scoop out seeds and pulps. Mix all remaining ingredients and fill the tomato halves. Arrange on a platter, on a bed of lettuce leaves, and decorate with mint leaves.
