1 | cn | Coconut milk (14oz) |
4 | Eggs; well-beaten | |
1/2 | c | Sugar, granulated |
1/4 | c | Milk, evaporated |
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine coconut milk, eggs, sugar and evaporated milk. Pour into a pot and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until it becomes a smooth sauce. Pour slowly into a 9x9 pan and bake about 30 minutes at 350F.
