Title: Spicy Garlic Shrimp

300 | g | Shrip, shelled |
1 | tb | Minced garlic |
1 | tb | Cilantro roots |
1 | ts | Pepper |
3/4 | tb | Fish sauce |
3/4 | tb | Maggi sauce |
1/2 | ts | Sugar |
2 | tb | Chicken stock |
2 | tb | Oil |
1. De | vien | shrimp, rinse and drain. |
2. Heat oil and stir-fry garli, pepper and cilantro root until fragent.
2. Add shruimpt and stir-fry until color changes.
