Title: Turkey Puff

1 | cn | Soup, cream of mushroom |
1 | c | Turkey; cooked |
10 | oz | Beans, green |
2 | oz | Cheese, shredded |
4 | Eggs |
Preheat oven to 375. Separate eggs; beat egg whites till stiff. Drain green beans well. In greased 1-1/2 quart casserole, blend all ingredients except egg whites. Carefully fold in egg whites. Bake 30-40 minutes.
Sylvia's comments: I've given up on this one. I tried spreading it in 2 pie pans and baking, but (a) it was still too watery and (b) it just doesn't taste good enough for me to be willing to take this much trouble. If it looks good to you, enjoy.
