Title: Turkey Breakfast Pizza

Yield: 6 Servings
1 | lb | Turkey Breakfast sausage |
8 | oz | Pkg crescent rolls* |
1 | c | Hash brown potatoes* |
1 | c | Cheddar cheese, shredded |
5 | md | Eggs |
1/4 | c | Milk |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
2 | tb | Parmesan cheese, grated |
*Use 1 pkg of refrigerated rolls; Frozen hash brown potatoes, defrosted Turn oven on to 375 degrees F. In a medium skillet, over medium heat, saute sausage 6 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink. Unroll and separate rolls. Arrange rolls in a 12" round pizza pan with points toward senter. Press rolls over bottom and up the sides of pan to form pizza crust, sealing perforations. Top with sausage, potatoes and cheese. In a small bowl combine, eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture VERY SLOWLY over pizza. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake for 25 minutes.
