Mix turkey, grapes, celery, onions, orange segments and water chestnuts.
Mix yogurt and soy sauce. Pour over turkey mixture and toss. Cover and
refrigerate at least 2 hours. 6 SERVINGS; 260 CALORIES PER SERVING.
