Title: Monterey Tenderloin Medallions

1pkBoneless fresh turkey breast tenderloins
2tsTarragon
1/2tsLemon pepper seasoning
1/2tsThyme
1/4tsCayenne pepper
2tbMargerine
3 1/2tsHoney

Cut turkey breast tenderloins crosswise into 1/2 inch slices. In small bowl, combine tarragon, lemon pepper seasoning, thyme, and cayenne; mix well. Rub spice mixture onto both sides of turkey.

Melt margerine in large skillet over med high heat. Add turkey and any remaining spice mixture. Cook 3-4 mins each side or until lightly browned. Add honey, stir to coat.
