Title: Festive Turkey W/peppers

1 | tb | Brown sugar, packed |
1 | tb | Soy sauce |
2 | ts | Cornstarch |
1 | lb | Turkey strips* |
2 | tb | Peanut oil |
1 | tb | Garlic, chop fine |
1 | md | Green pepper, 1" chunks |
4 | | Green onions* |
*Armour Turkey selects fresh boneless. Cut onions diagonally into 1"
pieces. Can use a wok for this stir-fry dish. Combine sugar, sauce and
cornstarch in a large bowl. Add turkey and turn to coat. In large skillet,
heat oil and cook garlic with turkey mixture over high heat about 3
minutes, stirring constantly. Add peppers and onions, cook over medium
high heat, again stirring constantly about 5 minutes or until vegetables
are crisp tender. Can be served over rice - plain or fried. Recipe provided
