| 1/4 | c | Dijon mustard |
| 12 | sl | Pumpernickel bread |
| 1 | lb | Thinly sliced smoked turkey |
| 1/2 | lb | Mozzarella cheese, sliced |
| 1 | lg | Tomato, sliced |
| 1 1/2 | c | Shredded lettuce |
New Year's. Combine mayonnaise and mustard. Spread mayonnaise mixture on 1
side of each slice of bread. Arrange turkey on 6 slices of bread, sauced
side up. Top with cheese, a tomato slice, shredded lettuce, and remaining
bread slices, sauced side down. Cut in half. Yield: 6 servings.
