Title: Hot Broccoli Dip

Yield: 3 Cups
1/2 | c | Finely chopped onion |
1/2 | c | Finely chopped celery |
2 | tb | Butter or margarine |
16 | oz | American cheese, cut into cubes |
2 | c | Chopped fresh broccoli, blanched |
1/2 | ts | Dried rosemary, crushed |
SERVE WITH |
1 | | Loaf round breadm -OR- |
| | Raw vegetables |
In a small saucepan, saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Add
cheese and cook over low heat until melted. Stir in broccoli and rosemary.
Cut off top of bread. Scoop out center. Cut center into cubes. Pour dip
into center of bread. Serve with bread cubes and/or raw vegetables.
