Title: 11th Street Diner Turkey Burgers

1 | lb | Ground turkey |
5 | Green onions; finely chopped | |
1 1/4 | ts | White pepper |
2 | tb | All-ourpose flour |
Combine the ground turkey, onions, pepper and flour in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Divide into 6 patties, about 1/4 inch thick. Sear the patties on a flat grill or in a heavy skillet set over high heat, turning to seal both sides ( about 30 sec) Finish cooking on a charcoal grill for about 6 minutes over medium coals.
