2/3 | c | Bottled lime or lemon juice |
2/3 | c | Oil |
1/3 | c | Water |
4 | ts | Dijon type mustard |
2 | ts | Chicken boulillon |
1 1/2 | ts | Thyme |
2 | | Cloves garlic;chop fine |
2 | lb | Turkey boneless breast |
Combine all ingredients except turkey, and mix well. In large dish or
plastic bag pour 1 1/4 cups marinade over turkey and cover; marinate in
refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. chill
remaining marinade. Remove turkey from marinade. Grill or broil meat for 1
to 1 1/2 hours, or until meat thermometer inserted in center reaches 170
degrees, basting frequently with reserved marinade. Let stand 10 minutes
before slicing, or serve cold. Serves 6 to 8. Source Home Cooking
