Title: Santa Fe Pizza

1 | Loaf frozen dough, 1lb; thawed | |
1/2 | lb | Cooked ground beef or turkey |
1 1/2 | ts | Chili powder |
1/2 | ts | Cumin |
1/2 | ts | Garlic powder |
1 | cn | Black beans(15oz); drained |
1 | sm | Onion; diced |
1/3 | c | Sliced black olives; drained |
1 | c | Bottled salsa |
1 | c | Jack or cheddar cheese; grated |

As bread thaws, mix cooked meat with chili powder, cumin, and garlic and set aside. On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to fit a lightly greased 12-inch round pizza pan. If dough is shrinking back, let it rest for a few minutes, then continue. Prick crust several times with a fork. Bake immediately in a 450-degree oven for 10 minutes. Remove crust from oven and top with black beans, seasoned meat, onion, olives, salsa, cheese and peppers. Return pizza to oven and bake 10 to 15 minutes more, until cheese is melted and crust is browned. Remove from oven; let sit at least 5 minutes. Slice and serve.
