Title: Turkey with Almond Butter

1 | lb | Breast of turkey; oven roasted |
1/4 | c | Flour |
2 | tb | Sliced almonds |
3 | tb | Butter, divided |
2 | tb | Lemon juice |
1 | tb | ;Water |
Cut turkey into eight 1/4" slices. Coat with flour; set aside. Lightly brown almonds in 1 Tbsp butter in large skillet; set aside. Melt another Tbsp of butter in skillet. Heat half of turkey 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Place turkey on serving platter; cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining butter and turkey. Deglaze the pan with the combined lemon juice and water; add almonds and reheat briefly. Pour over turkey.
