3 | tb | Low-salt soy sauce |
3/4 | c | -ketchup |
1/4 | c | Dry sherry |
| | Garlic clove, crushed |
2 | ts | Sesame oil |
1/3 | c | Green onion, sliced |
1/8 | ts | -pepper |
1 1/2 | lb | Turkey breast slices, uncooked, cut into 1/4" X 1/2" X 1" st |
12 | oz | Angel hair or fettucine pasta |
| | Sesame seeds, toasted |
In large bowl, combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, sherry, garlic,
seasame oil, green onion and pepper. Stir in turkey strips. Pour into
crockpot. Cover; cook on LOW 4 1/2 to 5 hours or until turkey is tender.
Spoon over cooked pasta; toss. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. 1 serving
