Title: Mandarin-Style Pasta

1/2cHoisin sauce
3tbLow-salt soy sauce
3/4c-ketchup
1/4cDry sherry
  Garlic clove, crushed
2tsSesame oil
1/3cGreen onion, sliced
1/8ts-pepper
1 1/2lbTurkey breast slices, uncooked, cut into 1/4" X 1/2" X 1" st
12ozAngel hair or fettucine pasta
  Sesame seeds, toasted

In large bowl, combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, sherry, garlic, seasame oil, green onion and pepper. Stir in turkey strips. Pour into crockpot. Cover; cook on LOW 4 1/2 to 5 hours or until turkey is tender. Spoon over cooked pasta; toss.
