1/2 | c | Cracker crumbs or bread crum |
1 | c | Rice; cooked |
1/2 | c | Onion; chopped |
1/4 | c | Carrot; grated |
1/4 | c | Celery; chopped fine |
1 1/2 | ts | Mustard; prepared or dijon |
1 | ts | Garlic powder |
1/8 | ts | White pepper |
1/4 | c | Tomato sauce |
2 | | Egg whites |
1/2 | c | Ketchup |
1/4 | c | Honey |

Prepare a loaf pan with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients except
ketchup and honey and mix well. Turn mixture into a prepared pan and bake
for 40 minutes. Combine ketchup and honey. Spread evenly over meat and bake
5 minutes longer.
