1 | lg | Onion -- chopped |
10 | Cloves garlic -- minced | |
5 | lg | Potatoes, boiled and mashed |
4 | tb | Worcestershire sauce |
4 | tb | Nuoc mam |
4 | tb | High-grade soy sauce, or |
Liquid | ||
Aminos (unfermented soy | ||
Sauce) | ||
2 | tb | Black pepper |
Canola oil | ||

Coat bottom of frying pan with canola oil. Chop onion and fry over medium heat until translucent. Add all other ingredients, mix well, and cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, or until potatoes are beginning to brown, turning frequently. Remove from heat and serve.
