Title: Oriental Salad

Thin strips of cooked roast beef, turkey | ||
Chicken or pork | ||
1 | c | Cooked long grain rice |
2 | Eggs, scrambled w/out fat | |
1/2 | c | Diagonally sliced celery |
2 | tb | Sliced green onions |
1 | lg | Radish, thinly sliced/quarte |
2 | tb | Teriyaki or soy sauce |
3 | ts | Dry sherry |
3 | ts | Peanut oil |
1/4 | ts | Garlic powder |
1/4 | ts | Honey |
2 | ds | Dry mustard |
2 | ds | Ground ginger |
Lettuce leaves |
In a salad bowl, combine meat, rice, eggs, celery, green onions and radish. In a small bowl, combine teriyaki or soy sauce, sherry, oil, garlic powder, honey, dry mustard and ginger. Stir.
