Title: Cauliflower Corn Supreme

3 | tb | Flour |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Garlic powder |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
4 | c | Thinly sliced fresh cauliflower |
1 | sm | Sweet onion, chopped |
1 1/2 | c | Fresh corn |
1 | sm | Sweet red pepper, chopped |
1/2 | c | Grated Parmesan cheese |
2 | tb | Minced fresh parsley |
2 | tb | Butter or margarine |
3/4 | c | Milk |
1/4 | c | White wine or apple juice |
1 | c | Shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese |
Combine the first four ingredients and set aside. In a greased 8" square
baking dish, layer cauliflower and onion. Sprinkle with flour mixture. Top
with corn and pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Dot with
butter. Combine milk and wine or apple juice. Pour over vegetabes. Sprinkle
with cheese. Cover and bake at 350ø for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15
minutes longer or until vegetables are tender.
