Graham cracker lined pan, 8" | ||

1 | lb | Cream cheese |
3/4 | c | Sugar |
3 | Large eggs | |
1/3 | c | Candied diced mixed fruit |
1/3 | c | Chcolate chips |
1/3 | c | Raisins |
2 | tb | Flour |
Topping: | ||
1 | c | Sour cream |
1/2 | c | Sugar |
Garnish: pecans, cherries |
Have ready a graham cracker crust lined 8 inch springform cake. this is not a large cake but an attractive and delicious one. Beat the cream cheese with the sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time only to blend. Fold in the fruits and nuts and flour. Pour into pan ( batter will only fill 1/2 full ) Bake in a 350 oven for about 1 hour or until cake appears firm. Combine topping and spread over cake and bake 10 more minutes. Cool and chill well. Decorate top of cake with pecans and candied cherries. Freezes well.
