Title: Christmas Crunch Salad

Yield: 16 Servings
4 | c | Fresh broccoli florets |
(about 3/4 lbs) | ||
4 | c | Fresh cauliflowerets |
(about 3/4 lbs) | ||
1 | md | Red onion, chopped |
2 | c | Cherry tomatoes, halved |
DRESSING | ||
1 | c | Mayonnaise |
1/2 | c | Sour cream |
1 | To 2 tb sugar | |
1 | tb | Vinegar |
Salt and pepper to taste |
In a large salad bowl, combine vegetables. Whisk the dressing ingredients until smooth; pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
Yield: 16-18 servings.
