Title: Christmas Crunch Salad

Yield: 16 Servings

4cFresh broccoli florets
  (about 3/4 lbs)
4cFresh cauliflowerets
  (about 3/4 lbs)
1mdRed onion, chopped
2cCherry tomatoes, halved
DRESSING
1cMayonnaise
1/2cSour cream
1 To 2 tb sugar
1tbVinegar
  Salt and pepper to taste

In a large salad bowl, combine vegetables. Whisk the dressing ingredients until smooth; pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.

Yield: 16-18 servings.
