Title: Christmas Pecans

| 1 | Egg, slightly beaten | |
| 3/4 | c | Sugar |
| 2 | ts | Cinnamon |
| 1 | ts | Salt |
| 1 1/4 | lb | Pecan halves |
Whip together all ingredients except pecans. Place pecans in a metal pan. Pour sugar mixture over all. Divide pecans between two cookie sheets. Bake at 300F for 25-30 minutes. Remove from pan onto large sheet of foil. (Soak pans immediately) Loosen nuts with fingers to separate. Store in covered container in cool place.
