GREASE A 9 X 9 INCH PAN. CREAM SUGAR, SHORTENING AND EGG. STIR IN MILK. BLEND IN DRY INGREDIENTS. SPREAD IN PAN. SPRINKLE WITH A MIXTURE OF 1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR AND 1 1/2 TSP. CINNAMON. BAKE AT 350 DEG F. FOR 25 MINUTES.
