CHOP BACON AND FRY, THEN DRAIN OFF GREASE. LAYER IN CASSEROLE DISH, ZUCCHINI, GREEN PEPPER, ONION, BACON, RICE, TOMATO, AND CHEESE. IN THAT ORDER. BAKE AT 350 DEG F. FOR 1 1/2 HOURS.
