1/4tsGROUND CUMIN
4 CHICKEN BREAST HALVES

IN A MEDIUM BOWL, COMBINE THE CORNMEAL, SALT, CUMIN, GARLIC POWDER, PAPRIKA AND PEPPER. DEBONE AND SKIN THE CHICKEN BREASTS AND RINSE THROUGHLY BUT DO NOT PAT DRY. COAT BREASTS EVENLY WITH CORNMEAL MIXTURE ON ALL SIDES. SPRAY A COLD SKILLET WITH NO STICK COOKING SPRAY AND HEAT OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT. COOK CHICKEN FOR 8 TO 10 MINUTES TURNING OCCASIONALLY TO BROWN ON ALL SIDES. COOK UNTIL NO LONGER PINK.
