MIX AND WATER, BEAT ABOUT 20 STROKES. TURN DOUGH OUT ONTO SURFACE DUSTED
WITH BAKING MIX. KNEAD DOUGH UNTIL NO LONGER STICKY, ABOUT 60 TIMES. ROLL
DOUGH INTO A 12" CIRCLE. PLACE DOUGH ON GREASED PIZZA PAN. SPREAD CHILI
OVER DOUGH. TOP WITH BOTH CHEESES. BAKE 12 TO 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHEESE IS
MELTED AND BUBBLY.
