Title: Grandma's Meat Loaf

Yield: 8 Servings
1 1/2 | lb | Ground round or sirloin |
1 | Egg | |
1 | c | Bread crumbs, plain |
1/4 | c | Catsup |
1 | ts | Onion powder |
1 | ts | Garlic powder |
Mix all ingredients well. Place in bread pan lined with plastic wrap. Press to form a firm loaf. Turn pan over onto a wire rack in a baking dish. Pour 2 tbsp. catsup over the top of the meat loaf. Place 2 or 3 strips of bacon across the top. Bake at 350 deg f for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Makes approxamately 8 servings.
