1 SALT TO TASTE

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A NON-REACTIVE SAUCE PAN ( DO NOT USE ALUMINUM PAN ). BRING MIXTURE TO A BOIL. REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR 10 MINUTES.
