1/8 | ts | Rosemary, crushed |
5 | c | Corn flakes, crushed |
2 1/2 | lb | Cut up broiler-fryer - |
| | Chicken pieces |
1/2 | c | Butter or margarine, melted |
1/3 | c | All-purpose flour |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/8 | ts | Thyme |
Preheat oven to 375F. In medium bowl combine butter, flour, salt, thyme,
rosemary and marjoram. In shallow dish place cereal. Dip chicken in
butter mixture; roll in cereal to coat. Place on rack in shallow baking
pan. Bake 55 - 60 minutes or until golden brown.
