IN A SAUCE PAN COMBINE SUGARS, CORN SYRUP, AND BUTTER. COOK, STIRRING CONSTANTLY, OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT, UNTIL MIXTURE REACHES A BOIL. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND STIR IN CREAM. LET COOL AND STORE IN REFRIGERATER. SAUCE THICKENS AS IT COOLS. SERVE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE OR HEATED. GOOD OVER ICE CREAM OR CAKE OR ?.
