UNCOVER AND RAISE TEMPERATURE TO MEDIUM AND COOK UNTIL POTATOES ARE BROWNED ON BOTTOM AND CRISP. INVERT POTATOES ONTO A WARMED SERVING PLATTER. CUT AS YOU WOULD A PIE.
