1 | Clove garlic | |
3 | Serrano chiles | |
1/2 | Small red onion | |
1 | tb | Finely chopped marjoram |
4 | ts | Extra virgin olive oil |
1 | tb | Unseasoned rice vinegar |
1 | tb | Sugar |
1 | Salt to taste |
Finely dice all, mix and let sit for an hour before serving.
