1/2 | c | Finely chopped cucumber |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
2 | tb | Fine chopped radishes |
2 | tb | Minced parsley |
1 | tb | Fine chopped onions |
1 | tb | Lemon juice |
1 | tb | Prepared horseradish |
1 | ds | Cayenne pepper |
Remove the seeds from the cucumbers. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Values per serving: CHO 3 gm.,
PRO 1 gm., FAT 0, Cal 17, Sodium 84 mg. with salt. Food Exchange per
serving: Up to 3 TBSP may be considered "free."
