2 | | Avocados, mashed |
2 | pk | Taco Seasonings (Ortega) |
3 | | Chopped Tomatoes |
1 | | Bunch chopped scallions |
1 | tb | Lemon juice |
1 | tb | Mayonaise |
1 | c | Sour Cream |
1 | c | Mayonnaise |
3/4 | c | Monterey Jack Cheese |
3/4 | c | Sharp Cheddar Cheese |
1 | cn | Sliced Black Olives |
Shred cheese and mix together. Mash avacados with 1 TBS lemon juice and 1
TBS mayonaise. Mix Taxo mix with sour cream and 1 C. mayonaise. Mix
cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses together. Put in layers, starting at
bottom of dish. Serves 20. Recipe may be halved. Serve in a flat dish,
such as a 9" pie plate.
